Scharfe of common shares in the capital of Greenscape Capital Group Inc. ("Greenscape"). Mr. Scharfe (an officer and director of Greenscape) advises that he holds, directly and indirectly, an aggregate of 11,243,830 common shares of Greenscape, representing 18.61% of Greenscape's 60,433,002 issued and outstanding voting shares.
