Bank of America Corporation today announced the results of voting
matters considered during the company’s annual meeting of shareholders
in Charlotte.
Shareholders elected all 12 of the company’s board of director nominees,
approved a management advisory proposal on compensation of named
executive officers and ratified the appointment of the company’s
independent accounting firm.
None of the shareholder proposals were approved.
